Infinity Hands Home Healthcare provides care in three main areas.

Nursing: The nursing care team at Infinity Hands visits clients at their home once or several times during the week. They make sure each client is doing well at home by providing education and nursing care for conditions such as wounds, diabetes, and CHF. The nurse assigned to each client works with our therapists, home health aides, and caregivers, and the patient’s doctor to make sure the client is moving towards improvement with the goal of being discharged from services.

Therapies: Our physical and occupational therapists work with clients to make sure that they can function safely at home with or without assistance from family members and caregivers.

Home Health Aides: Our home health aides and non-medical caregivers are supervised by the nursing team. Home health aides provide assistance with tasks like bathing, home exercise programs, and light housekeeping for a few hours each week on a limited timeframe.
